Weather Cancellation Policy
In the event of extreme winter weather that requires us to cancel a session, a cancellation notice will be posted on the website, Facebook, and Twitter by 5 PM. An email will also be sent to all registered participants. A rescheduled date will be announced at a later time.
If there is a driving ban in effect in the City of Buffalo, the session will be automatically cancelled. As winter weather in Western New York often hits certain communities hard while sparing others, we ask you to use your best judgment based on local conditions and not travel if you deem it unsafe to do so. We will transfer your registration to a different date if you are unable to attend a session that does proceed as scheduled due to weather.
